Gallery Reminder

Some of the pieces displayed here are larger than your screen might allow for viewing - watch for your mouse pointer to turn into a hand or crosshair as you look through the gallery. The 6th commission from LadyLace of the 'Senshi Families' series, is of the 3 cats of Sailor Moon, in human form. There was no real guide as for a costume and appearance here-I based it on fan pics, and stuck close to the look of the previous works in the series. Photoshop 6/Wacom tablet.
Artemis Luna and Diana		 This is the first of the series. This is Sailor Jupiter (Makoto) and Nephlyte, on Jupiter's closest moon Amalthea, in a fantasy setting of a crystal city made to recall Crystal Tokyo and my 'Senshi of the Island Worlds'. Makoto and Nephlyte have 2 children in the story, Carme Pricilla (girl) and Metis Nathaniel (boy). This art is available as a print through Podgallery.  Photoshop 6 w/Wacom tablet.
Jupiter and Family		 The fourth of the 'Senshi Families' series is Hino Rei (Sailor Mars) and Jedite on a fantasy Martian surface. Hino Serene Dion is Chibi Mars (Right of Sailor Mars) and Chibi Mars Knight Hino Jonathan Ares (far left). The moons of Phobos and Denimos are in the background, though depicted in a fanciful way (the moons are more irregular shaped and smaller) Photoshop 6 w/Wacom tablet.
Mars and Family		 The second of the commissioned 'Senshi Families' series, I chose a serene green setting for Mercury. This could be underground perhaps, but my main focus was to show Ami Mizuno grown up with the children, Atlas Zachary (foreground), and Maia Keiko (background) with Mizuno Zoicite. The background was derived from an obscure painting I did years ago, and the figures done with Photoshop w/Wacom tablet.
Mercury and Family
The 5th and final 'Senshi Families' commissioned painting of the inner Senshi, I chose a more intimate view of the Moon Princess and Tuxedo Mask, with Chibi Moon (Usagi Chiba, on the lower left) and Moonlight Knight (Endymion Alan Chiba, lower right). Sailor Moon's costume is more in line with the story than from the series. Crystal Tokyo is in the background. Photoshop 6 w/Wacom tablet.
Moon and family		 The 10th and final commissioned painting of the 'Senshi Families' is of Kaiou Michiru, General Blair, with chibis, Galatea Merisale (left) and Trition Brian (right). Originally based on one of my own Senshi paintings done several years ago, I kept the dolphin idea for this piece. Available as a print from Podgallery. Photoshop w/Wacom tablet.

Pluto and Family		 This was a commissioned painting. Sailor Life is a 'fan Senshi' and comes from Charon, Pluto's moon. She's from the 'Silver Millennium' and reborn on the planet earth, a guardian over the Zodiacs, and unknown to all Senshi except Sailor Pluto. Her husband, Knight General Nickles, is Prince of the Sun. The chibis are (left) Paitence Vida, and (right) Ethan Vida. This art is available as a print from Podgallery. Photoshop 6 w/Wacom tablet.
Sailor Life and Family
The first in a new series of families of the Sailor Starlights. Left to right, Cheyenne Callisa Kou (Chibi Starfighter), Kou Seiya (Sailor Starfighter), Kou Mayo (Sailor Sol), Corona Mayo Kou (Chibi Sol). Sailor Sol is sister to Sailor Moon in the fanfic story, so she and Chibi Sol (and Chibi Starfighter for that matter) are Fan Senshi. Photoshop 6 w/Wacom tablet.

Sailor Starhealer Sailor Song Families		 The third and last commissioned painting of the 3 Starlights. Kou Taiki (Sailor Starmaker), and fan senshi Sailor Spirit. Sailor Starmaker Sailor Spirit Families		 The 7th commission of the 'Senshi Families' series, is of Hotaru, Nikio, and twins Pandora Willow Tomoe (far right) and Prometheus Nickolas Tomoe (far left). The name 'Hotaru' comes from the Japanese 'firefly'. Fireflies are believed to be spirits of the dead, and has connotations of death, hence her nickname 'Sailor Senshi of Destruction'. Saturn and Family
The 8th commission of the 'Senshi Families' series, by LadyLace. I previously did a Haruka painting that had her in a sports car. I thought the jet would be a suitable background this time. The jet was originally indended for 'The Dirty Pair' (in the Pin-Up gallery) but the angle had to be changed, as happens in the artistic process. To the right of Hakura is Oberon Greggory Tenou, and to her left, Ariel Hikato Tenou. Both Oberon and Ariel are actual moons of Uranus. Photoshop 6 w/Wacom tablet.
Uranus and Family		 Third in the series of Senshi families, this is the first major work of Minako, (Sailor Venus). This is a fanciful view of Venus, based on mythical ideas rather than fact. The family includes Aurora Andel Aino (right), and Adonis Kenneth Aino, (left). Photoshop w/Wacom tablet.
