Gallery Reminder

From the book by Mack Reynolds, published by Tor Books 1983. This was originally done as a college assignment, in which I had free reign on the subject matter (which was rare). Many of these style assignments (like Forge Of God) ended up being bought by Publishers as 'stock art' and used whenever the art fit a story. Chaos In Lagrangia
This was done in 1988, for Baen Books. It was never made into a slide then, and went unscanned until recently. Some Photoshop work had to be done to present it here. Oil on masonite.
Island Worlds
One of the oldest images in this gallery, yet still a favorite, originally done as a personal project in 1982, then sold as a cover for the book 'The Lagrangists' by Mack Reynolds, for Tor Books. Gouache on Illustration board.
Lagrange Point
This was done for, and first appeared in, Amazing Stories Magazine, in January 1993. Gouache on masonite.
Moon and Beyond
This art was the 1990 cover for Harry Harrison's anthology 'There Won't Be War', a peaceful answer to Jerry Pournelle's Anthology, 'There Will Be War' (I illustrated that one as well). It was published by Tor Books. The space station was inspired by the art of Alex Schomburg. Oil on masonite approx. 20
