The finished cover version of Diana Hignutt's commissioned painting, of her fantasy novel billed as "A Harry Potter for Adults" , by critics, is added to the Traditional Fantasy sub-gallery of the Fantasy Gallery.
The 'Unused Moonsword Sketch' previously posted, has been commissioned by Diana, as a finished painting, and that will be revised later this week. |

Welcome to the new website layout! You will find navigating easier, with better graphics, and, larger images, no longer constrained by horizontal pixel limitations. The Astronomical gallery especially benefits from the new format.
When viewing the art in full size, you should see a black/dark background with the gallery page visible behind the art window. Use the mouse on the art itself to scroll up or down, (or side to side for horizontal formats) instead of the scroll bar on the browser.
This new site layout will work best with Javascript. Otherwise, the artwork will appear with a white background. All art on this site has a dark background theme, so, if any white appears, check to see if Javascript is enabled in your browesr's options tab.
Finally, thanks to JC DuBois, for doing the work for this new layout! I'm very pleased with it, and, adds elegance to viewing the art on this site.

Two paintings added, one old, from 1988, recently scanned from the original oil on masonite original, and added to the 'Space Stations' sub gallery of the Sci-Fi gallery.
The other is a Senshi pin-up style digital character study of Sailor Mars, added to the Pinup gallery. |
